Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you total control over your email mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect mails from one email box account to another, create email filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your e-mail box accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain rules specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other email mailbox accounts. Just select the e-mail box you want to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
